Jane Jordan is Deputy General Counsel and Chief Counsel for Health Affairs for Emory University. She has primary responsibility for providing advice to and representing Emory’s various health care entities, including Emory’s Woodruff Health Sciences Center and all of its components. She serves as lead attorney in advising the Boards of the Woodruff Health Sciences Center and Emory Healthcare. She is a member of the Woodruff and Emory Healthcare executive management team and is the corporate secretary for Emory Healthcare and Emory/Saint Joseph’s, Inc. LLC. Prior to her current position, Ms. Jordan was a partner in the Atlanta office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, L.L.P. and previously at Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP. She received her B.A. from Furman University magna cum laude, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. from the University of South Carolina, where she was President of the Moot Court Bar. She was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Vining, Jr., United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. Ms. Jordan is a member of the Georgia and South Carolina Bar Associations. |
