Paul G. Justice is an Associate General Counsel focusing on health care corporate and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Emory’s Office of General Counsel in 2012, Paul served as Vice President & General Counsel for Saint Joseph’s Health System, Inc. Paul graduated cum laude from The University of Georgia and cum laude from The University of Georgia School of Law. After graduation from law school, Paul clerked for the Honorable Lewis R. Morgan, Senior Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. After his clerkship, Paul served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia in Savannah. Prior to serving as general counsel to Saint Joseph’s Health System, Paul has served as general counsel to St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System in Savannah, Georgia Department of Community Health and PROMINA Health System in Atlanta. Paul is a former chair of the Health Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA). Paul is also a member of the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys (GAHA), where he currently serves as President-Elect of GAHA. |
