Mindy Simon is an Associate General Counsel focusing on taxation and corporate matters. Prior to joining Emory's Office of the General Counsel in August 2004, Mindy practiced as an attorney in the tax section of an Atlanta law firm, where she specialized in general federal taxation and the representation of tax-exempt organizations. Mindy received her B.A. from Rhodes College in 1993 and her J.D. cum laude from the University of Tennessee in 1999, where she served as a research editor on the Tennessee Law Review. |
