Biography

Abby Grozine services as Associate General Counsel, providing strategic legal counsel and risk management guidance supporting the enterprise-wide health system’s complex litigation and risk-management needs. She advises on a broad range of matters, including medical malpractice, professional liability, general liability, and risk management. Abby directs the strategic management of high-severity medical malpractice claims, including oversight of litigation, outside counsel, and insurance partnerships. Collaborating with clinical, quality, risk management, insurance, and operational leaders, Abby advances alignment between legal outcomes, patient-safety objectives, and risk-reduction initiatives. 

With more than 16 years of experience in private practice and medical malpractice claims leadership, Abby brings a deep expertise in healthcare litigation, claims management, and legal strategy.
