Michele Tran

Biography
Michele Tran is an Associate General Counsel focusing on health care regulatory and transactional matters. Prior to joining Emory’s Office of the General Counsel, Michele was senior counsel for a not-for-profit pediatric health system in Houston, Texas. She also served as an associate with the law firm of K&L Gates, LLP, where she advised hospitals, physicians and ancillary service providers on matters including compliance with fraud and abuse laws, contract negotiations and regulatory diligence.
Michele received her B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Alabama and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
