Rebecca Silk

Biography

Rebecca is an Associate General Counsel focusing on litigation, employment and labor matters.  Most recently, Rebecca was an in-house attorney with Paradies Lagardere, managing litigation and providing counseling on employment and labor matters throughout North America.  Previously, Rebecca was an associate at Troutman Pepper Locke,  where she managed a wide variety of employment and business litigation matters, representing employers on matters involving breach of restrictive covenant agreements, trade secret misappropriation, discrimination, retaliation and wage and hour laws. She received her undergraduate degree in history and religion from the University of Rochester and earned her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law, where she received the Order of the Barristers and served as a Managing Editor of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal.
